We want you to love your new bras!

  • Final sale items, including all bra extenders and delicates wash, cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.
  • When returning an item for store credit, return shipping is free.
  • When returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on top of shipping fees for orders under $500. Any order exceeding $500 in value will be assessed a restocking fee equal to 3% of the value of all returned items. This fee is added on top of the price of the return label and deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please be mindful of our policy when trying on your bra and ensure your try-on is on clean, dry skin and that the tags stay attached when evaluating the fit.

Bras that do not have their original tags still attached or that show any signs of wear, odors, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. No exceptions.

Do not retag any bras. Any bras that arrive retagged by customers will not be accepted.

Common signs of wear that make an item ineligible for return include but are not limited to:

  • original tags are no longer attached
  • deodorant marks
  • sweat marks
  • oil/lotion marks
  • warping and other evidence of the bra having been washed
  • smoke, perfume, or other scents
  • damages to the band or cup fabric

Please note original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. This allows our customers to try our bras and exchange them for free, while keeping our prices as low as possible. 

All to-be-returned items need to be individually submitted for return or exchange through our portal. We cannot provide refunds or process exchanges for any items included in return packages that are not submitted through our portal first or are combined from multiple orders into a single box.

In the returns and exchanges portal, you'll see the items in your order that are eligible for return or exchange, and you will be able to submit a return and generate a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return in the portal will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us if requesting a refund back to your original payment method. In the event of a size exchange, or refund for store credit, the cost of your return shipping will be fully waived. Outbound shipping on your first size exchange is also free. If you'd like a receipt for the cost of your return shipping label, please email our team at returns@miseczki.com and we'll be happy to provide a copy. 

***Note: as of August 2024, all returns initiated on orders greater than $500 will be subject to a restocking fee of 3% of the value of all returned items (excluding returns for store credit). This will be added on top of the return shipping label cost.***

For example, if a $600 order is placed and all items are returned for a refund back to the original payment method, a 3% fee of $18 will be added to the ~$6 return shipping fee and deducting from your total refund amount. If only $100 of items are returned for a refund back to the original payment method for that order, only $3 ($100 x 3%) will be added to the return shipping label cost and deducted from the refund amount. Any refunds for store credit will have all return fees waived, including label and restocking fees.

All return packages processed through our returns portal are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage which automatically includes $100 of insurance. Returned packages, and the contents therein, are the responsibility of the customer. Miseczki will not be held responsible for lost return packages and are under no obligation to issue refunds in instances where return packages do not arrive back to us in new condition. We encourage you to drop your package off at your local post office or ensure it is left in a safe, secure place for pickup. For larger orders, we advise adding additional insurance if you are concerned about fully protecting the contents of your return package.

Exchanges

We want to make it easy to find a well-fitting bra. If you love the style, but the size wasn't quite right, we offer ONE free size exchange on all new, full-priced unworn and undamaged bras within 30 days of the order date. Compared to placing a new order, this saves you the cost of shipping for a replacement size. If you're unsure of how to adjust your size, reach out to returns@miseczki.com - we're always happy to help!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must fully meet our return criteria. It needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We do not hold stock for exchanges, so exchange availability will be determined at the moment we fulfill your exchange package.

If we don't have the newly requested size in stock at the moment we accept your return, we'll need to process a refund for that bra instead.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is approved, you'll receive a refund of the initial amount paid, minus the original outbound shipping fee and the cost of the return shipping label. Although we do not charge a restocking fee, you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us if requesting a refund. We are also unable to refund the amount paid for outbound shipping. If you'd like a receipt for the cost of your return shipping label, please email our team at returns@miseczki.com and we'll be happy to provide a copy.

Any store credit issued in lieu of a refund is non-transferable and non-convertible to any other form of payment. In the event that a subsequent purchase is made using store credit, any return or refund of that purchase shall only result in the reissuance of store credit. Under no circumstances shall such store credit be refunded or transferred to a different payment method, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, or any other forms of payment.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that all correct shipping details are provided prior to ordering. Any orders that are refused on delivery, abandoned, or marked Return to Sender and/or Failed Delivery by USPS due to incorrect address issues will not receive a refund on any outbound shipping costs and any shipping charges borne by Miseczki, even if the original package qualified for free shipping, will be deducted from your refund. 

If the original package does not make it back to our team due to any of these issues, or any issues not listed, a refund will not be issued.

Damages and issues

Return and Refund Policy for Damaged Items

We strive to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.

Reporting Damaged Items:

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at returns@miseczki.com so that we can waive your return shipping fee and initiate a replacement. Your replacement items will ship free of charge and the process and documentation can be initiated on our returns and exchanges portal.

Return of Damaged Items:

If a return is initiated without prior notification of the damage and the returned item is inspected and found to be damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are reported as damaged only after they have been returned and inspected by our team.

To qualify for a refund for damaged items, the damage must be reported and documented before the return shipment is made.

We understand that receiving a damaged product can be frustrating, and we are committed to resolving these issues promptly when reported in a timely manner. However, failure to notify us of the damage prior to returning the item may result in the denial of a refund.


Violation of Returns and Exchange Policy

Miseczki reserves the right to refuse the fulfilment and service of any future order for customers in violation of our return policies.

Return Process & Eligibility

  1. Click into the returns portal: To start a return or exchange, please click into Miseczki's Returns portal.
  2. Look up your order: Once you enter the returns portal, find your order by providing the order number as well as the shipping zip code that was used when placing the order.
  3. Submit return/exchange request: For each item, you will be asked a few questions about the reason for your return, and you'll be asked to confirm that the item is still in new condition with tags attached.
  4. Receive shipping label & mail items back to us: Once you complete the return or exchange request, you will receive a return shipping label for all eligible items. Print out that label, put it on your return package, and drop it off with USPS. You have 7 days to put the eligible items in the mail. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are packed in a way that does not damage them during shipping.
  5. Receive refund or new tracking Info: As soon as we receive the return package from USPS, we will process the return and either issue a refund or send out an exchange package.

At any point, you can return to our returns portal to check the status of your return or exchange. We'll also send you email notifications at each step along the way so that you're up to date on how it is progressing.

We do not charge a restocking fee on top of shipping fees for orders under $500. Sometimes there is a processing delay between the time when packages arrive at our local USPS distribution center and the time they are processed by USPS and actually routed over to Miseczki.

If it has been more than 1 week between the date your package is marked as "delivered" in the tracking information, and you haven't received an update from us, we're so sorry for the delay. Please email us at returns@miseczki.com and we will escalate the issue with USPS.

Unfortunately no. We only accept returns for bras in new condition with all original tags still attached. Please be mindful of this when trying on your bra, and take care to ensure it remains in new condition until you are confident that it fits and you'd like to keep it.

No. All discounted items are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

The use of a discount code on your order (e.g., the first time purchase code for signing up for our mailing list) does not impact whether an item is eligible for return or exchange.

Our return portal automatically marks items as ineligible if they are final sale, outside of the 30-day return window, or if you have indicated that the tags are no longer attached to the bra or if it shows signs of wear.

We can only process and accept returns and exchanges for items submitted through our returns portal.

In the portal, you'll be able to print a return label for each order. Separate orders need to be sent as separate packages, as each return label is prepaid based on original package weight.

Please do not to include items that have not been accepted for return or exchange in your return package.

Any items sent back to Miseczki without submitting a return or exchange request for each individual item in the returns portal first will not be refunded nor exchanged, and will not be sent back.

Exchanges

Because we offer instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This means you get your items faster and helps ensure that your items are in stock.

To place an instant exchange, we will put a temporary $1 hold on your credit card until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within the allocated return window indicated in the returns portal or if we receive the item(s) and find that they no longer meet our return criteria (e.g., tags missing/removed or if the item is no longer in new condition).

Return shipping on your return package for an exchange is free, and outbound shipping on your exchange is also free.

Exchanges can be made to receive a different size or style, only for items we have in stock at the moment you submit your instant exchange request.

We offer one free size exchange for a different size bra of the same style and color as your original purchase. Certain customers are also able to process exchanges for different styles or different colors/variations of the same style through our returns portal. In these cases, you are responsible for any differences in price between your original item and a more expensive item added as an exchange. We are unfortunately unable to offer this to customers who make their purchase through Meta Shops at this time.
