We know that finding the right bra—especially in new brands and international sizing systems—often takes a try-on or two. We want you to feel comfortable trying our pieces in the comfort of your home. If the size or style isn't quite right, we've got you covered.
You have 30 days from your order date to request a return or exchange for bras in new condition with original tags attached.

Returns for store credit are free (no return shipping fee) and include a 5% bonus to use on your next order.

We can only accept items that are new, unworn (beyond a try-on), unwashed, and have original tags attached.
✓ Keep Tags On: Do not remove tags until you are 100% sure you are keeping the item. (We cannot accept items if tags have been removed or re-attached).
✓ Clean Skin Only: Please try on items on clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, or deodorants.
✓ Scent-Free: Be mindful of perfumes, scented lotion, smoke, or other household scents, as these make an item ineligible for return.
Items returned with signs of wear, scents, missing or damaged tags will not be refunded. They will be donated or discarded unless you provide a prepaid shipping label for their return.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the order date.
Bras must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
Refunds: If you are requesting a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return shipping label is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges & Store Credit: Return shipping is FREE if you are making an exchange or returning for store credit.
No. Our system generates a unique label based on weight for the returned items in each specific order. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please submit a return for each order, and ship them separately using the correct label for each. Combining orders may result in shipping issues and/or processing delays.
Our portal allows most customers to exchange for a different size, color, or even a different style. If you choose a more expensive item, you simply pay the difference.
Meta Shops Note: If you purchased directly through Instagram or Facebook Shop, you are limited to exchanging for a different size of the same style and color due to platform restrictions.
No. Return shipping is FREE for all exchanges.
No. Each order is eligible for one free exchange.
If you would like to try a different size or style after your first exchange, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Orders under $500: No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Orders over $500: Returns initiated on orders valued over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee based on the value of the returned items. This fee is added to the return shipping label cost.
Store Credit Exception: If you choose to return for Store Credit, all restocking and label fees are waived, regardless of the order value.
If you request a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. (Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable).
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process your return.
Once we approve the return, the refund is initiated automatically. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 10 business days to post the funds to your account.
Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return approval.
You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our facility. All labels generated via our portal include $100 of insurance via USPS Ground Advantage.
For high-value returns, we recommend adding extra insurance at the post office. Miseczki is not responsible for lost return packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, the original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded.
Since the shipping label is voided after it makes its way through the USPS network and back to us, in this scenario we cannot generate a new shipping label for you tied to the same order, so if you'd like us to re-ship the order, you'll need to make a new purchase with the correct shipping address.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, notify us immediately at returns@miseczki.com (or via the portal) so we can waive your return shipping fee and initiate a replacement.
There is often a slight delay between USPS delivery and the warehouse scan.
If it has been more than 10 days since your tracking showed "Delivered" and you have not received an update, please email returns@miseczki.com.
