Since brands and styles vary in fit, we also include size notes specific to each style. For some styles, sizing up or down in band, cup, or both, is strongly recommended compared to your typical size.

If you're not sure about your size, grab a soft measuring tape and follow three easy steps:
1. Tight Underbust Measurement: Wrap the measuring tape *tightly* around your ribcage, right below where your breast tissue meets your ribcage. Exhale the air from your lungs and keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
2. Find Band Size: Take your tight measurement in cm from step 1, and round to the nearest multiple of 5. This is your EU band size in Polish brands. The conversion chart above shows the US band size equivalent.
For example, if your tight underbust is 30in (76cm), your band size is a 75 in Polish brands, which translates to a US 34 band.
1. Standing Bust Measurement: standing up, wrap your measuring tape or string snugly around the fullest part of your bust.
2. Leaning Bust Measurement: without a bra, bend forward, and wrap the tape or string snuggly around the fullest part of your bust in that bent-forward position.
3. Full Bust Measurement:Average these two numbers. This is your full bust measurement.
1. Calculate the difference between your full bust and underbust: Subtract your underbust measurement (*not* your US band size) from your averaged full bust measurement.
2. Use that difference to find your cup size: Cup letter sizes reflect the difference between a bra's cup and band circumference. Use the cup size chart above to determine your cup size for the corresponding band size.
For example:
1. Be Mindful of Tissue and Shape: Your specific breast shape and tissue density will impact which cup size fits you most comfortably. If your tissue is more dense, you may need to size up a cup in some styles. If your tissue is less dense, your breasts will compress more in the cup and you may want to go down a cup size.
2. Take Your Band Preference into Account: The bands in Polish bras tend to run quite tight and stiff compared to other brands. If you are used to very snug bands, your typical band size may work perfectly. If you are not, you may want to band size up in Polish brands. When making size adjustments, remember that if you size up in the band for a bra, you will need to size down in the cup in order to maintain the same cup volume as the original size.
3. Adjust Your Size Per Style As Needed. You likely will not be the exact same size in every bra style. Look out for Miseczki's fit notes for each bra, as there are variations in fit by brand and style.
For example, let's say you try a 34H(75FF) in an Ewa Michalak style and find that the cup fits well but the band is too tight. Go down a cup to maintain the same cup volume with a larger band to 36G(80F). Let's say you find that both the band and cup are just a little too small. Adjusting to 36H(80FF) will go one cup and one band size up.
