All of our hand-sewn bras are sourced from world-renowned Polish bra makers. We go through a rigorous vetting of their quality and production practices to ensure all of our bras meet our standards.

We would love to hear from you! We are always looking to improve our inventory, and customer requests help us do that intentionally. Please reach out to us on our contact page with relevant details related to brand, style, size, and color of the bra you're interested in. If we are able to add it to our inventory, we will notify you when it is available.

If your bra needs have been met by the time we add the bra to our inventory, no worries! Miseczki customers are under zero obligation to purchase any bras that we add to our inventory based on customer requests. These requests help us to continually improve our inventory process so all feedback is welcome!

Size & Fit

All bras are listed in both the native size, as well as the converted US size equivalent. If you have any questions related to specific styles or brands (do they run large or small in the cup, e.g.) you can check our fit notes located on each of the product pages, check our size guide, or simply email our team at info@miseczki.com. We are always happy to make sure you find the perfect fit!

Not yet! However, we recommend ensuring you know your 'true' bra size prior to purchasing. Websites such as A Bra That Fits Calculator can be an excellent resource for dialing into your measurements and selecting a size that will work best for you.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are generally fulfilled within 24-48 hours of purchasing! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packed and shipped.

All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packed and shipped. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days within the continental US.

Unfortunately, since all our systems are fully automated, It would not be possible for us to make any changes once orders are submitted so please make sure to double check the details before submitting.

Any orders that are refused on delivery, abandoned, or marked Return to Sender by USPS due to incorrect address issues will not receive a refund on any outbound shipping costs and any shipping charges borne by Miseckzi, even if the original package qualified for free shipping, will be deducted from your refund. If the original package does not make it back to our team due to any of these issues, a refund will not be issued. 

Currently we ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn and undamaged full-priced bras with original tags attached, within 30 days of the order date. Additional details can be found on our returns & exchanges page.

To start a return or exchange, please click into Miseczki's Returns portal.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if approved or not. If all items were approved,

For items to be refunded: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive a refund of the initial amount paid, minus the original outbound shipping fee and the full cost of return shipping. If you'd like a receipt for the cost of your return shipping label, please email our team at returns@miseczki.com and we'll be happy to provide a copy.

For items to be exchanged: if the new size you've requested is in stock at the moment we accept your return, we'll send out the new item(s). Outbound shipping on your exchange is free.

Any return package with items requesting a refund will be charged return shipping.

Although we do not charge a restocking fee, you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us if requesting a refund back to your original payment method. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. If you'd like a receipt for the cost of your return shipping label, please email our team at returns@miseczki.com and we'll be happy to provide a copy. 

If you are requesting store credit or a size exchange, the cost of your return shipping will be fully waived. 

Once you take possession of your delivery, you are responsible for ensuring the package arrives back to Miseczki in new condition if you wish to make a return or exchange.

All return packages processed through our returns portal are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage which automatically includes $100 of insurance. Returned packages, and the contents therein, are the responsibility of the customer. Miseczki will not be held responsible for lost return packages and are under no obligation to issue refunds in instances where return packages do not arrive back to us in new condition. We encourage you to drop your package off at your local post office or ensure it is left in a safe, secure place for pickup. For larger orders, we advise adding additional insurance if you are concerned about fully protecting the contents of your return package.

We want our customers to find the perfect fit, so we offer ONE free size exchange on all new, full-priced unworn and undamaged bras within 30 days of the order date. Compared to placing a new order, this saves you the cost of shipping for a replacement size of the original item.
