Since every Polish brand and style is unique, you likely won't be the same size in every bra you try, and that's completely normal!
This guide is designed to empower you. We'll give you a starting point for measurements, but more importantly, we'll teach you how to assess the fit so you can feel confident you've found the perfect match for your body.
1. Measure Your Underbust: Wrap the tape under your bust, where your bra band sits. Make sure it's parallel to the floor.
2. Measure Your Fullest Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull it tight—it should just skim your body.
Sits snug and parallel to the floor on the loosest (outermost) hook.
Fully contain your breast tissue without spilling or gaping. There should be a smooth edge where the top of the cup meets your skin.
Tacks against your sternum, comfortably laying flat against your chest.
Stay put without digging and provide only ~10% of the support.
Creates a smooth, round, and lifted shape that you love!
Navigating the world of Polish bras is our passion. If you're feeling overwhelmed or just want an expert opinion, we would be delighted to help you find your best fit.

A kind reminder from the Miseczki team: our bodies can change over time! If you're struggling with getting the right bra fit, consider remeasuring yourself and use the tips below.
1. Be Mindful of Tissue and Shape: Your specific breast shape and tissue density will impact which cup size fits you most comfortably. If your tissue is more dense or you have augmented breasts, you may need to size up a cup or even two in some styles. If your tissue is less dense, your breasts will compress more in the cup and you may want to go down a cup size.
2. Take Your Band Preference into Account: The bands in Polish bras tend to run tight and stiff compared to other brands. If you are used to very snug bands, your typical band size may work perfectly. If you are not, you may want to band size up in Polish brands. When making size adjustments, remember that if you size up in the band for a bra, you will need to size down in the cup in order to maintain the same cup volume as the original size.
3. Adjust Your Size Per Style As Needed. You will not be the exact same size in every bra style and brand. Look out for Miseczki's fit notes for each bra, as there are variations in fit by brand and style.
For example, let's say you try a 34H(75FF) in an Ewa Michalak style and find that the cup fits well but the band is too tight. Go down a cup to maintain the same cup volume with a larger band to 36G(80F). Let's say you find that both the band and cup are just a little too small. Adjusting to 36H(80FF) will go one cup and one band size up.
