Q: When is the Black Friday sale?
A: Friday, Nov 27, through Monday, Nov 30, at 11:59 PM CT.

Q: What's the offer?
A: 15% off everything, including new arrivals, plus a free black Tusz Underwear panty with any bra order. The only exception is clearance bras, which are already discounted and aren't part of the 15% off. Gift cards aren't discounted either.

Q: Do I need a promo code?
A: No. The 15% comes off automatically at checkout.

Q: How does the free panty work?
A: From Nov 5 through Dec 31, every order that includes a bra comes with one free black Tusz Underwear panty, while supplies last. When you add a bra to your cart, you'll see the option to pick your free panty. Choose the style (Bikini Brief or High Waist) and your size, and it shows as $0.00 in your cart. One free panty per order. It must be in your cart before you check out, since we can't add it to an order afterward.

Q: Can I return or exchange bras I bought during the sale?
A: Yes. Every bra in the Black Friday sale can be returned or exchanged under our standard return window and policy. We want you to end up in a bra that fits. The only exception is clearance bras: they're already discounted, so they aren't part of the 15% off, and they're final sale, so they can't be returned or exchanged.

Q: Can I return the free panty?
A: No. For hygiene reasons, all panties, including the free one, are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Q: What happens to the free panty if I return my order?
A: You keep the panty if you exchange or take store credit. If you return every bra on your order for a refund to your original payment method, the panty's retail price ($19.95 for the Bikini Brief, $21.95 for the High Waist) is deducted from your refund, since the gift was tied to the bra purchase. If you keep at least one bra, nothing is deducted.

Q: Can I combine the sale with other discount codes?
A: No. The Black Friday discount can't be combined with other discount codes.

Q: I ordered right before the sale. Can you apply the 15%?
A: Sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the sale. We aren't able to adjust the price of earlier orders.

Q: What if my size sells out?
A: We stock hard-to-find sizes in small batches, and we don't restock during the sale. The discount applies only to items in stock during the sale, so we can't offer rain checks or apply it to future restocks or preorders. If you have your eye on something, check out sooner rather than later.
