Yes. Unlike many retailers, our bras are still eligible for returns and exchanges during BFCM. We want you to end up in a bra that fits you well, so any non–final sale bra follows our standard return window and return policy. Exchanges are also welcome if you'd prefer a different size or style.

If you return part of your order and the refund brings your total below the minimum required for the promotion, the value of your free gift or the prorated discount will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges do not change or reapply the promotion and do not affect the order total unless items are returned for a refund.

No. Panties and free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept panties back under any circumstance and returning them may reduce refund eligibility if included.

No. This promotion cannot be stacked with discount codes or other offers. Store credit, gift cards, and free shipping rules still apply.

Free gifts must be added to your cart before completing checkout in order to be included. If the the price of the gift does not go to FREE in your cart, double-check that your cart subtotal meets the qualifying threshold before taxes and shipping.

If you forgot to add a free gift, please contact support immediately before your order ships and let us know which style, color, and size you would like. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to make any edits on orders, including adding or substituting free gifts.

If a return brings your order below the qualifying threshold, the promotion will be recalculated. That may mean:

• The free panty value is deducted from your refund, or
  
• The discount amount is adjusted proportionally.

We’ll always calculate the fairest prorated refund.

No. Gift cards aren't discounted and don't count toward spending thresholds.

The garments we sell are produced in small batches, and inventory during BFCM moves quickly. Once a size or style sells out, it will not be restocked during the sale, and promotional pricing does not apply to future restocks or preorders. If you’re eyeing something specific, we recommend checking out sooner rather than later.
